Artificial intelligence for mobile robotics
Yona Robotics is developing an artificial intelligence platform dedicated to autonomous mobile robotics that combines robustness, safety and performance.
Yona Robotics sells perception, navigation and decision-making software solutions accessible to all mobile robotics manufacturers – AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) and AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots).
The solutions is based of a standard hardware and software platform, designed to be installed in mobile robots to provide them with the desired perception and navigation capabilities, using sensors chosen specifically for the type of application.
In addition to this product offering, Yona Robotics provides services to support its customers in adopting the technology and integrating it into their robots, and if necessary, developing specific components for integration into the customer’s solution.

Yona Robotics offers 2 main product families. The « Perception & Navigation » offering enables robots to operate in complex environments. When required by the application, this offering is complemented by the « Safe Perception » offering, which enables compliance with the normative requirements linked to the deployment of specific applications.
Perception & Navigation offer
1. The ‘Yonasoft Pro Outdoor’ environmental perception and navigation offering, tailored to the segment of land mobile robots operating in complex outdoor environments (uneven ground, adverse weather conditions, etc.).
In particular, this offer includes an estimate of the shape of the ground and its suitability for the robot, identification of static and dynamic obstacles, and global and local trajectory generation;



2. A ‘Yonasoft Pro indoor’ environmental perception and navigation offering tailored to the segment of land mobile robots operating in complex indoor environments.
In particular, this offer integrates the management of moving objects and human presence, and the generation of optimal trajectories for avoiding dynamic obstacles.



Safe Perception offer
Sold under the name YonaSafe, this offer enables manufacturers to equip their robots with a safe anti-collision system that meets the regulatory requirements governing the various applications. It is particularly well suited to AMRs operating in industrial environments where people are present, and which must comply with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
